BUILDER ADEOLA BANJO EXTENDS LOVE TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF ERIKORODO ~Ajasa-Info

…A fruit seller also benefitted from the Owo-Ife Banjo



The month of April, Builder Deola Banjo introduced the “Owo- Ife Banjo” in English “Banjo’s hand of Love” empowerment programme for the good people of Ikorodu North.

This month, it’s the turn of ward E2 Erikorodo as 50 beneficiaries benefited from the benevolence of Banjo, received the financial support from the Chairman to support their businesses.

Before the commencement of the Distribution of the Empowerment funds a fruit seller that walks in that moment which she’s there to sell her fruits, in the usual kindness way of Builder Adeola Banjo he called upon the woman, and asked her how much does all her fruit cost, and she said 5000 naira, and the Chairman surprised her by giving her one of the envelope of the “Owo Ife Banjo” which is to support her business, and the fruit seller was full of gratitude by appreciating the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA.

Otunba Dare Odufowokan in his remarks “Builder Banjo was able to achieve new things, with the little resources in Ikorodu Division and very lean but we’re still seeing his achievement, but within this short period of his second term in office he was able to work tremendously.

“I would also appreciate you for this kind gesture, and you’re touching the lives of the people, I also appreciate you for the grading in our area in Erikorodo, the road is now motorable and conducive for the people, I also appreciate Hon. Olakanmi Tijani for a good representation in the ward”. He added.



Hon. Olakanmi Tijani appreciate the Executive Chairman for his kind gesture and his support always for his ward, but as Oliver twist will always ask for more, “we want more Infrastructural project in our community” he added

In the Chairman’s remarks Builder Adeola Banjo “Erikorodo is my ward and a very large ward at that, before my assumption in office we only have one primary health center but today we’ve been able to start another one in Erunwen, we’re also planning to have another one in Itele.

When we came into office you can testify to it that they are lots of cases of cultism and the likes but today at we’ve been able to build Anti-Cultism block which is now Araro Police station, now the community is experiencing peace.

“The Kabiyesi of Emuren put a call to me and shower his prayers on me that their is now peace in those areas and extension.”

“More developmental project is still coming we’re doing it gradually, just exercise patient with us, I’ll ensure I keep to my campaign promises.” He concluded

The SA on WAPA and Chairman committee on WAPA appreciate the Executive Chairman on his usual way of supporting the people and having them at heart, they also implore the beneficiaries to use the money for what it is meant to be use for.



One of the beneficiary implore the fellow beneficiaries to appreciate the cash support given to them no matter how little it is, and use it well.


Another beneficiary Mrs. Oluti “I was so excited when I got the call I was part of the beneficiary, let’s appreciate it and make use it of well. Use it on our various business and it shall be profitable by God’s grace.”

Baba painter also one of the beneficiary “This is a new style in the leadership of Ikorodu North, and I was so happy when I got the message, and me getting here I witnessed this is true and not fake”

Aro Balogun, Mr. Sulaimon Adewusi Supervisor for Information and Strategy, Supervisor for Works Hon. Ambali Olutusin, HOD WAPA Management and political leaders in Ikorodu North LCDA amongst others.
