Oladeiibi Joints CDAs Laketu area of ward E2 Erikorodo Ikorodu North LCDA gave total support to Rep Babajimi Benson Member House of Representatives, Ikorodu federal constituency to continue his good work at the National Assembly, the event took place on Sunday, 19th of February.
The decision made by the gathering promised to delivered about 4000 votes for Rep. Babajimi Benson and other APC candidates from top to bottom.
Rep Babajimi Benson was physically present earlier at the venue of the meeting.

He also list out few out of the numerous projects carried out by JB in Ikorodu federal constituency “Agbala -Eyita link roads, Sabo link roads his monthly Apo anu, among others.
“This is the kind of Representative we need at the helm of our affairs in our Local Government.”

The Executive Chairman, Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Deola Banjo has today signed the year 2023 appropriation bill which he submitted to the legislative arm for their consideration and ratification into law at his office today.
At about 2pm yesterday afternoon, Ikorodu North legislators led by the leader of the house Honourable Ayo Adekoya visited the Chairman to present the budget to him for his assent to become law.
The Chairman, Deola Banjo thanked the legislators for the speedy discharge of their duties on the budget so that work can commence in earnest in delivering more dividends of democracy to the good people of Ikorodu North LCDA.
The legislators also commended the Chairman for his support and exemplary leadership qualities which has guaranteed the peace the Tower of resources has been enjoying in the past six and half years.

Name-able personalities such as Mrs Jumoke Benson, Mrs Toyin Salau, wives of fellow Executive Chairmen, Supervisors & HODs for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation of various LCDAs in Ikorodu division, party faithfuls and well wishers stormed the venue gaily dressed in different styles of the “Aso Ebi” ankara fabric for the event.
The Chairman, Ikorodu North LCDA stole the show when he walked into the event with a “mighty” orange and white cake to celebrate the wife of Honourable Babajimi Benson whose birthday was the day before yesterday.
Prayers were offered for the nation, Lagos state and Ikorodu division while praise and worship reached high heavens.
The Chairperson, Ikorodu North LCDA Mrs Afolashade Banjo, Mrs Jumoke Benson, Mrs Toyin Salau among other guests encouraged the women to ensure they all get their PVCs to vote all candidates of the All Progressives Congress candidates in the coming general elections.

The Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Deola Banjo has led the Executive members, legislators, management and relevant staff members of Ikorodu North LCDA to AM to PM hotels, Ijebu Ode to draw up a workable and realistic plan for the next fiscal year which is fast approaching.
Having held the consultative budget stakeholders meeting where every stakeholder of the LCDA stormed the local council to have their inputs in the year 2023 budget. It is time for the Council officials to put heads together to draw up a robust plan that would guide the activities of the “Tower of resources” in year 2023.
The retreat was declared open by the Chairman who is not only a Builder by profession but equally a builder of men and capacity.
In his welcome address, Banjoo reminded the participants of the importance and significance of the retreat and why he has decided to take it to a more cosy environment free from all form of distractions. He reiterated his plans for the people next year and thus solicits the commitment of the internal stakeholders in developing a carefully planned financial guide for the coming year which informed the direction of the theme of the retreat – Budget of All-inclusiveness.

The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Builder Deola Banjo has congratulated the performing Governor of Lagos state “Mr Sellable” for the successful hosting of the official flag-off ceremony of his second term gubernatorial campaign which held today at the Onikan Stadium, Lagos.
The Chairman led hundreds of party faithfuls and lovers of “Mr Sellable” to the venue of the rally to witness the historic flag off ceremony which would herald the commencement of campaign activities in the state.
The Chairman has thus declared his readiness and preparedness of his political structure to ensure the victory of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu for a second term in office.

“We are here to flag off, a month ago I came to address the residents of this community, the road is about 3.3 kilometers long and we promised them we will come back within a month to flag of the commencement of this road. “
“Last week I went to see the Governor to inform him about this flag off, he is also well abreast about what we are doing and i heard them say something about the transformer, he is ready to support what we are doing. We are here to flag off the road, we thank God all things are going well. We should be able to complete the road between four or five months.”
“All things being equal and with the residents being corporative, we have done it before, we completed the road. The full payment is already on ground. I expressed my misgivings about them earlier, if they live up to expectations by Easter, this road should be complete.”
“It’s election season and the voting turn out from Eruwen is always low, so we want to bring development to them and we want them to react to us positively, So let us see what they have for in stored us, if they turn out well, the Government too will be interested so also the Senator and the House of Representatives as well is listening because the constituency falls under them. The councilor is also to ensure we give Eruwen a first class facility.”

He added “We will do more engagement with the people so that the people will know what is going on, we will work with the CDA to have a banner at strategic positions Of the community to sensitize people that this road is being reconstructed and we also work with the council, I can assure you that no body will disturb you on this road it is a major development, and let me also tell the community that the MHR is saying that we have four transformers included”

The “Tower of resources” Ikorodu North LCDA has held the year 2023 stakeholders consultative forum today at the council secretariat, Eweye Isiu.
The Chairman, Builder Deola Banjo led his Executives, legislative arm, management and staff members of Ikorodu North LCDA to receive stakeholders from different sectors of the local economy.
Political leaders, the former Chairman, Ikorodu North LCDA, Honourable Kunle Ogunbela, Honourable Abiodun Iyiola, Mrs Toyin Salau, Honourable Odidi, religious leaders, CAN and league of Chief Imams, CDC led by Prince Niran Ogunbanwo, CDA Executives, Baales, Lascota, youth associations, NURTW among others stormed the LCDA to have their inputs captured in the next fiscal budget.
The Chairman in his speech urged the stakeholders to participate actively in the process as deliberations and contributions of the discourse shall form the framework for the next year budget.
The National youth council, Ikorodu North LCDA presented a comprehensive booklet of their request to the HOD Budget for onward capturing in the preparation of the budget.
