The Lagos State Ministry of Education has concluded plans to host an Education Summit between Tuesday, 30th and Wednesday, 31st August 2022.


A statement by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo, said the summit with the theme: “Creating A Sustainable Fit-for-Purpose Education Model”, is geared towards providing a platform for public and private education stakeholders to co-create ideas and solutions.

According to her, the event will attract various speakers from both the public and private sectors on the main and various sub-themes relating to the development of a fit-for-purpose education framework and partnership.

Mrs. Adefisayo also revealed that the summit will also deliberate on stakeholders’ collective commitment to advocacy in order to achieve quality and equitable education in the State.
