Eniola Adeyemi Wake-Up formally declare his intention to represent Ikorodu Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, reel out plans to execute when emerge as the people’s representative come 2023.

Adeyemi, who is an indigene of Ikorodu and a graduate of University of Lagos, was born to the family of late Chief Segun Adeyemi Wake-Up, a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ikorodu till his death in 2018.

Adeyemi believes in the future of his community and Nigeria as a whole. He has empowered over 1,500 youths and women in different capacity from Annual WAEC/JAMB forms distribution, Water projects, women trade scheme, just to mention a few.

His Representative Agenda includes: Poverty Alleviation Scheme, Youth Empowerment/Engagement, Educational Support/Assistance, Care for Children, Partnering NGOs, Social groups and others to provide sustained support for the elderly people and needy and Infrastructural development.

The press conference was held at his father’s residence in Ikorodu which feature press men in Ikorodu and beyond, his statement goes thus:

“I humbly welcome you all to this historic occasion of my declaration for the sole Ikorodu Constituency seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly come 2023.
Although, I have been consulting and campaigning with our great impacts and innovative engagements being felt since last December, but this formal interaction with the generality of the public, through our media friends, is necessary to reach more constituents, chieftains and members of
Our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and entire residents of the State of Excellence, Lagos State.”

“Our ideal is simple, to bring fresh and innovative ideas into legislature and governance in Lagos State
in general. This is the time for us all to ‘Wake Up’ to new realities and embrace modern governance powered by technology and innovative ideas that are assisting developed economies to grow continually.”

“Today, we are offering ourselves for your service and seeking your partnership to direct lkorodu’s path to greatness and strategic repositioning. This we cannot do alone, thus, our plea to journey with us with your support and cooperation and ensure that we emerge as the Candidate of our great party, APC, in the forthcoming primary election.”

“I want to use this medium to commend our representatives since the inception of this Republic in 1999 till date. They have tried and given their best, but right now, we are offering the people more innovative and sustainable ideas and a better approach to modern governance.”

“I have been known for my impacts and assistance for my people and I am ready and willing to do more through proper representation. With your mandate, I will bring more impactful and sustainable
community projects and continued selfless service to humanity.”
