The Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, Bldr. Olusesan Mayokun Daini swear in new Supervisors, Special Adviser, and Secretary to the Local Government.

Referencing the impactive life of Late Chief Reuben Adenrele Olowu, the Executive Chairman, Bldr. Olusesan M. Daini requested for a minute silence and prayer of the departed soul.

The portfolios of the Supervisors and Special Adviser were read by the Executive Chairman with their attendant responsibilities:

Hon. Nureni Okedina Maja Vice Chairman:- Education and Library Services

Hon. Wahid A. Yusf – Works

Hon. Adewale Bolowotan:- Civic Engagement and Strategy.

Mr. Lateef Odusanya:- Planning, Budget and Statistics/ Information Communication Technology.

Hon. Wasiu Olowu:- Tourism and Special Duties.

Mrs Mariam Obayomi:- Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation and Rural Development.

Hon. Dawuda Oshilaja:- Environment and Waste Management

Hon. Yinka Ogunlaja:- Special Adviser on Primary Healthcare

Mr. Micheal Babatunde Ayeni:- Agric,Youth and Sport

Barr. Ade Ayeni (SLG):- Peace and Security Affairs

The Executive Chairman Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA Bldr. Olusesan Daini in his remarks to the newly sworn-in Supervisors and Special Adviser, said they were among the many qualified persons in Igbogbo /Bayeku LCDA, and were selected to represent the interest of the people.

He charged the ten of them to be dedicated and committed to their assignments, adding that their nomination, confirmation and swearing-in is a call to duty and public trust, and that they must discharge their duties according to the oath subscribed too.

Hon. Taiwo orenuga the party Chairman and the former Chairman of the LG in his own remarks, “I Congratulate you, and please join hands together to work as a team, avoid dissunity, I pray God almighty should guide you, and ensure you follow the guidelines of the Local Government.

The SLG Barr. Ade Ayeni on behalf of the newly sworn in Supervisors and Special Adviser in his remarks “I appreciate this kind gesture and assignment given to us, we’re to impact and to move Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA forward and we’ll ensure we do that without leaving a stone untouched, Igbogbo has been in the lime light at the state level, and I pray we will continue going higher.

The Council Leader Hon. Nurudeen Alimi extends his Congratulations to the newly sworn in SLG, Supervisors and Special Adviser after the screening they have gone through earlier at their chambers which shows they are qualified for the task ahead to join hands with the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA Bldr Daini to move the Local Government to a greater heights, and he wish them best of luck in their duties
