…Assured him of continued support and better understanding for the development of the council

The local government administration is the closest arm of government to the people and the most important arm of government as far as grassroots development is concerned.

Exactly 100 days ago, the Local Government and LCDA Chairmen were sworn in by the Lagos State Governor; Mr Babajide Sanwoolu, to manage the affairs of the councils in the next four (4) years.

The Chairman of IBLCDA, Prince Bldr Olusesan Mayokun Daini immediately hit the ground running by launching his HEEDS agenda which covered all the basic areas of governance.

Maureen Daini explained why it’s such a celebration of the monumental developmental strides of her husband in such a little time after he assumed the office the second term. Today mark 1,584 days in office as Executive Chairman of IBLCDA.

She praises her Husband for living up to his promises and for bringing the government closer to the people. She said, “my husband has done well beyond imagination, which goes to show that, he would do much better in the days ahead”.

She admonished her husband not to relent in his quest to deliver value to the people.
