Adeb Foundation for Impacting Youth, a youth led Non-Governmental Organization in Conjunction with One African Child Foundation, Youth Coalition against Corruption(YOCAT) and Wadi Ben Hirki Foundation held a peace dialogue among community stakeholders in Ajegunle Community on Thursday, 11th March 2021.

The need for the peace dialogue tagged “Ajegunle Peace Dialogue” is as a result of Constant violence by Youths in Ajegunle and the need to embrace dialogue as a means of curbing violent extremism in the community.

The Dialogue involved hours of interactive session between speakers and representatives of Community based organizations, Community Development Committee(CDC) members, Traditional and political leaders, Police Community Relations Committee Members, Members of Artisans and community residents.
At the end of which resolutions were passed for each member present to replicate such in their various units where they have a large number of youths under their Influence.

Constant Engagements and dialogue with the concerned youths will lead to reduction in violent activities in the community.
We believe in moulding the society we desire through grassroot development and engagement.
