Youth leaders and stakeholders across Ikorodu Constituency II have declared their support for the second-term bid of Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), citing his achievements in quality representation, infrastructural development, and youth empowerment.

Speaking during the endorsement, Comrade Bello Idris described Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun as a dedicated representative who has continued to deliver the dividends of democracy since assuming office.

He noted that the lawmaker has distinguished himself through impactful projects, empowerment initiatives, and developmental programmes across the constituency.

Also speaking, Comrade Oriyomi Adebogun, Coordinator of the Imota Branch, stated that the achievements of the lawmaker are visible across the constituency. He particularly commended the recent distribution of laptops to youths, which beneficiaries from his branch also received.

Similarly, Comrade Ogunsanwo Ridwan, Coordinator of the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Branch, appreciated the efforts of the lawmaker while appealing for increased involvement of the Youth in future developmental programmes.

He acknowledged that Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun has been supportive of youth-focused initiatives and encouraged greater collaboration moving forward.

Responding to questions on youth employment, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun urged coordinators across the constituency to compile lists of youths seeking job opportunities. He explained that, as Chairman of the House Committee on Public-Private Partnership (PPP), several private institutions, alongside government agencies, have reached out with available employment opportunities.

According to him, these opportunities can be leveraged to support and empower more youths within the constituency through meaningful employment.

Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun also appreciated the confidence and trust reposed in him by the youths through their endorsement, stating that the reward for good work is more work.

He further reiterated his commitment to an open-door policy, assuring constituents that he remains accessible and responsive to their concerns.

He encouraged residents and youths not to hesitate in reaching out to him, stressing that it remains his responsibility as their representative at the Lagos State House of Assembly to listen to their concerns and serve as their voice.
