
The Executive Chairman of IRU/VI Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Princess Rasheedat Abiodun Adu, has extended warm wishes and prayers to Muslim faithfuls in the council area and beyond on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement signed by her, Princess Adu urged Muslims to emulate the good attributes of obedience, patience, and sacrifice, which are central to the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir. She emphasized that these values are essential for creating a better society and country.
The Chairman prayed for the acceptance of Muslims’ prayers and sacrifices, and wished everyone success, victory, joy, and happiness. She also called on Muslims to remain obedient to God, patient, and willing to make sacrifices at all times, no matter how small.
“Eid-Mubarak! Taqaballahu Minna, wa minkum,” Princess Adu wished, as she concluded her message.
