
Abdulmumin Edidi the Representative of Lagos Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Chairman House Ad-hoc Committee on Drug and Substance Abuse Control Dec 2021 – Dec 2022, Chairman House Ad-hoc Committee on Research and Policy Development Feb 2022 – Dec 2022, and currently Chairman House Committee on Works and Housing has reeled out his achievements during the first year as Youth Representative in the Nigerian Youth Parliament.
According to his statement;
“If we as young people truly want to see a change in our society, then we must begin to live that change right from our door step”




“It is with full sense of responsibility and accountability, that I make public report of my activities alongside over 200 Youth Leaders in Lagos Central in my capacity as representative of Lagos Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Youth Parliament”
The report covers most of the works and activities he and his team have done between 8th December 2021 and 8th December 2022, marking the 1st year in office as representative of Lagos Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Youth Parliament. It contains efforts on Policy Development, Activated Programs, Bridging Information Gaps, Advocacy and Interventions, as well as Constituency Engagements.




Abdulmumin expresses his appreciation to all the Liaison Officers, Committee Chairpersons and their members, as well as all other youth leaders who have made the impact possible.
He also reiterates his commitment to advocating, promoting and facilitating opportunities that would ensure rapid youth development across the constituency, and in the country at large.
