As political activities gradually gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections, stakeholders and supporters across Ikorodu Federal Constituency have continued to express support for the re-election of Rep. Babajimi Benson, citing his track record of impactful representation and constituency development.

Hon. Salau Rukayat Ibukun Ajibike, Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) of Ikorodu West LCDA, stated that the 2027 election goes beyond politics, describing it as a collective effort towards sustaining progress, strengthening representation, and building a brighter future for the people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.

She noted that Rep. Babajimi Benson has consistently demonstrated proven leadership, quality representation, and unwavering dedication to the growth and development of the constituency through several impactful projects and empowerment initiatives.

According to her, the lawmaker remains committed to improving the lives of residents, empowering constituents, and ensuring that development continues to spread across communities within the federal constituency.
