Senator Tokunbo Abiru Celebrates His Excellency, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye At 82

On behalf of my family and the entire good people of the Lagos East Senatorial District, I heartily congratulate former deputy governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye on the occasion of his 82nd birthday. 

Excellency Sir, we are proud of the outstanding leadership you are providing  as the apex leader in Ikorodu Division and also as a distinguished member of the prestigious Governance Advisory Council, GAC. 
 
As an accomplished technocrat who rose to the  top of the accounting profession as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN), you belong to an esteemed class of professionals who brought refinement and excellence to politics and by extension public service.
 
From the days of the Unity of Party of Nigeria (UPN), you have been consistent with your political ideologies as a dyed-in-the-wool progressive. Your outstanding legacies in politics and public service endure till date.  
 
Sir, I would like to use this special occasion to express my deepest appreciation for your unflinching support since I took up this sacred assignment as the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District.
 
We thank Almighty God for the good life you are living and pray that you continue to wax stronger in good health and sound mind as you age gracefully.
