The Chairman, Senate committee on Industries and the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA has congratulated the Chairman, Geregu Power PLC, Mr Femi Otedola (CON), on his appointment as the Chancellor, Augustine University, Ilara-Epe.

In a congratulatory message signed by Senator Abiru in Lagos on Tuesday , described the Epe-born business tycoon as worthy of the exalted position, adding that Mr Otedola will bring his vast knowledge in business management and administration into this assignment.

According to the lawmaker, the honour is yet another recognition of the numerous investments of Mr Otedola, particularly in the area of human capital development as evident in the generous contributions he had made in the structural development of Augustine University, especially the donation of N2billion Engineering Complex to the institution.
