Barely two weeks after the Christian body in Ifako-Ijaiye under the aegis of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) publicly endorsed Hon. Temitope Adewale for 2nd term in office, the Ifako-Ijaiye Muslim Community which is the umbrella body of all muslim organisations and societies in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government has held her special prayers and official endorsement program for the Assembly Member representing Ifako-Ijaiye 01 in the Lagos State House of Assembly at the Islam Centre, Iju Ishaga Ifako-Ijaiye on the 13th Day of Ramadan 1443 AH(14 of April 2022)._

During his opening remarks the President of Ifako-Ijaiye Muslim Community, Alhaji Abd’Lateef Sumonu welcomed the Honourable and his entourage to the venue of the program and expressed his happiness that he heeded to their call despite his very busy schedule. Alhaji Sunmonu informed the entire Muslim community present the efforts of the father of the honourable, Late Dr. Adewale Elijah (Dr. JAH) and the past contributions and donations made towards the building of the Ifako-Ijaiye Islamic Center.*

“`The special prayer session was anchored by the Chief Missioner of Muslim Community, Sheikh Al-Imam Shuaib Muh’Awwal Atata, he called on all Chief Imams present to recite some verses of the Holy Quran and other very important supplications to seek for blessings, protection, easy process, advancement, promotion for Hon. Adewale and also offered prayers for a successful re-election into office without opposition and stress.“`

_Another segment of the prayer session was done by the former Chief Missioner of the Community, Sheikh Kamaldeen Yesiri, who also commended all the Impacts and roles of Hon. Adewale Temitope Adedeji (ATA) in his first term in office and urged him to perform better in his second term in office which he prayed that is already a huge success._

Sheikh Kamaldeen also requested for the support of the Assembly member for the successful completion of Ifako-Ijaiye Islamic Center.
