2019/2020 Ikorodu Division Youth Ambassadors, led by AMB. Jackson Adewale Ayika, flaunts their award of service won during their administration, as Ikorodu Division emerge as Most Outstanding Division of the year.

The outgoing Ambassadors, promised to give the utmost support to the newly selected Ambassadors all through their stay in office.

In a discussion with Representative of Ajasa Info, the Divisional Ambassador, Jackson Ayika said;

“Today the 2019/2020 Ikorodu Division Youth Ambassadors along side myself attend the 2021 IBILE YOUTH ACADEMY one day physical training of Ikorodu Division, which was hosted and organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development.

The Academy has started virtually since Wednesday 11th of August 2021 had in attendance over 150 Youths in Ikorodu Division, the virtual training ended on Friday, 13th of August 2021 and at the end of the training, there was need to select 50 Outstanding Youths who will attend the physical training to further progress into the next stage of the academy.

At the physical training, another set of Ten (10) most outstanding Youths whom has exhibited leadership attributes and has distinguished themselves amongst others were selected after rigorous assessments. These set of Youths will proceed into the next stage of the competition which is the Boot camping, were the 2021/2022 Lagos State Ambassador and Divisional Ambassadors will emerge.

“It gives me Joy to see Ikorodu Division Youths thriving and giving the Academy all their best, with what I have seen so far, I have confidence in the selected Ambassadors and I’m rest assured that the next leadership year will be more outstanding than what we were able to do in 2019/2020.”

“The outgoing Ambassadors along side myself cannot wait to shower them with all round support, guide and mentorship all through their stay in office.”

“Special thanks to the Lagos State Government and the Ministry of Youth and Social Development for the continuous opportunity given to Lagos State Youths”.
