Dear Prince and Princess,
In a keenly contested election yesterday 12th December, 2020 for the next Kosoko – Oloja of Lagos amongst Alhaji Isah Aregbesola, Prince Shola, Hon. Yaqub Aromashodun and Prince Tiamiyu Abiola Olojo – Kosoko.

Hon. Yaqub Aromashodun from Odunsi House was disqualified on the evidence that the next Ruling House is Olojo Branch.

After much intense discussion and election, the new Kosoko – Oloja of Lagos emerged convincingly with a margin of 9 votes to nil.

Prince Tiamiyu Abiola Olojo Kosoko from Olojo Branch unanimously emerged as the winner.

After this keenly contested election, I want to believe that all issues has been laid to rest and we can now have a way forward to put our family where we rightfully belong in Lagos and in the Global community.

I want to appeal to the new Chief not to see anyone as contender but treat all as a unit.

To those who aspired and couldn’t get the nod, you’re never a loser only that the stool will be occupied by just one. Your plans, visions and missions for the family will still be needed by the Oloja of Lagos to steer the affairs of the family.
