A then-16-year-old, Prince Shotomiwa Jesse Oyinlola, also known as Omo Oba Oshinbokunren, has revisited a personal reflection he wrote on Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, recalling his early impression of the lawmaker during his first term in office.

Oyinlola, who met the federal lawmaker twice at his office in Ikorodu at the time, said the write-up was a personal observation made as a young student returning from school.

He added that he was not yet of voting age when the reflection was written.

What he wrote in 2017 reads:

MY JB STORY
I am ;
Prince Shotomiwa Jesse Oyinlola
Omo oba Oshinbokunren
I met Jimi Benson twice in person at his office at ikorodu,Kwik bet beside Zenith Bank, ikorodu on my way back from school.

Before I go any further, I would like to note it visibly that I was not paid to do this write up neither  would I be paid here after.

So u don’t have to think that I got paid huge money for this write up.
I wasn’t paid.

I am also a teenager so I am not into politics for now(would have been but am underaged).

It’s just that I go with this saying that”If u don’t appreciate to the efforts of someone/something it would look less valuable to those who knows nothing about it)

I am really glad and happy to talk about someone that has shown us love (Nigeria at large) irrespective of your race, tribe, age, status.
This man popularly known as Jimi Benson (JB).

He is literally the best thing that has ever happened to ikorodu and Lagos State at large.

He has made it known to us that politics is not just about executing huge projects but also considering those who are less privileged as a part of the country.

Because democracy is said to be the government of the people chosen by the people and for the people.

I really haven’t heard really much about JB from people but I have seen so much.

If I am to start writing about what have seen him done, I really would start with “THE FOOD BANK”

The reason is that if u feed thousands of souls with physical Food u can never go hungry Physically,

Spiritually,or materially.
The first food bank I ever heard of in my whole life is “JB I CARE FOUNDATION FOOD BANK”

Like Everytime I see posts of him sharing food to people there is always this smile that he puts on everyone’s face.

He really helped people with feedings and all other things.

If we should also look at his water projects in ikorodu, there are just so many of them around.

I am proud to say this JIMI BENSON knows not only the wants of the public at large he also considers their need.

Or should I start talking about furnitures he provided to health centres and schools. This man I am talking about has really done things that are memorable.

Everytime I watch this program called “GUINNESS WORLD BOOK OF RECORD”
I haven’t heard of any body providing food banks or stuff like that.

He has shown to the public that he really deserves to be in for a second term.

I am paying all this accolade to him because he really worked hard within the short time he spent. And am sure that he would spend more and after that he would also govern us in Lagos State soonest.

All I need from u is just to go to Jimi Benson’s page and share his good works and great support, make people aware of his good deeds.

Unlike other politicians he is not proud cos’ the first time I met him in person he treated me like a son and he proved to me that he truly is worth being a father.

If I was up to the age of voting I would have also madey own vote count buh I can’t vote.

And I also wish I could vote him million times cos he is a single man in a million way.

He is a/an:
*Father
*Friend
*Representative
And he is also:
*Loving
*Caring
*Honest
*Responsible
*Honourable
*Accessible
*Responsive
*Jovial
*Trustworthy
*He is a true leader
That’s all I would say about him for now.

My name is Shotomiwa Jesse Oyinlola.
I reside in Ikorodu.
And that my JB story
Or better still #myjbexperience.
