The Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, Oba Barrister Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, has officially unveiled the commemorative Lace and Ankara fabrics for his upcoming 10th Coronation Anniversary.

The unveiling ceremony took place today at the Adeboruwa Palace, Igbogbo, Lagos State, in the presence of community leaders, organisers and invited guests.

Speaking during the unveiling, the Chairman of the Planning Committee announced that the fabrics will be worn during the grand coronation anniversary celebration scheduled for July 25, 2026.

According to the organisers, the special fabrics were introduced to promote unity within the community and to create a historic identity for the milestone celebration. The fabrics were described as a symbolic material that will serve as a collective representation of the people of Igbogbo during the anniversary festivities.

The royal father, Oba Kasali, personally performed the unveiling of the fabrics, marking the official launch and commencement of sales to the public.

The organisers disclosed that the fabrics will not be distributed free of charge, as they will be made available for purchase through designated coordinators.

Two categories of fabrics were unveiled:
• Ankara fabric – ₦20,000
• Lace fabric – ₦150,000
             Cap- 5,000
