The 6th Legislative Arm of the Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has issued a formal congratulatory message to celebrate the birthday of a prominent political figure and community pillar, Alhaji Sefiu Ogunyemi, popularly known as “Lobito.”
