The highly anticipated carnival will hold at the National Stadium Car Park in Surulere, Lagos, transforming the iconic space into a lively hub of music, dance, costumes, and cultural showcases. Organisers say the event is designed to celebrate unity in diversity while promoting the rich heritage of Lagos and Nigeria at large.

According to the programme outline, the 2025 Surulere Fiesta Carnival will feature spectacular costume parades, energetic dance troupes, and thrilling performances from different cultural blocs including Arewa, Indigbo, South-South and other ethnic groups. Masquerade displays, street performances, and beautifully crafted floats will also form key highlights of the day.

The official theme slogan for this year’s carnival—signifying a full day of colour, creativity, and communal excitement across Surulere. The event aims not only to entertain but also to strengthen cultural harmony and boost local tourism.

The fiesta is supported by notable corporate sponsors including Premier Lotto, Baba Ijebu, Nigeria Breweries PLC, Dangote Group, and Indomie, alongside backing from various Lagos State agencies and local councils within Surulere.
