The 6th Legislative Arm of the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has extended congratulations to the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
