LAGOS STATE MDAs TO SHARE ACHIEVEMENTS WITH LAGOSIANS AT LASGOBIG GOVERNANCE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION EVENT ~Ajasa-Info

By Emmanuel Auwo

The Lagos Status Governance Builders Independent Group otherwise known as LASGOBIG will be hosting Lagos State MDAs to come and give account of their achievements under Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu led administration.

Speaking on the importance of this event, Mr Emmanuel Amuwo who is the convener of LASGOBIG gave an insight on the experience during the maiden edition of Governance Performance Evaluation of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu held in June 2021. The event gave guests the opportunity to do self evaluation for each ministry and the overall evaluation of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu ‘s performance was commendable.

No doubt there is lack of public trust and there is no synergy between the government and the people ,most especially the youth, engagement such as this will bridge the gap in Governance which will create mutual understanding and positive response to government policies.

According to Amuwo, LASGOBIG is about supporting good governance and we are proud to say Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has performed beyond expectations even though we are encouraging him to intensify more effort to enable him do more for his people.
