The Youths form a very large percentage of the active residents of every settlement, and their inclusion as well as carrying them along in every political space is quite essential as the polity is supposed to shape their future.
The leadership of Hon Kolade Alabi, who is the Executive Chairman Bariga Local Council area in Lagos, the Chairman Conference 57 Lagos as well as the National President of Association of Local Government of Nigeria can be said to be that of a government personnel that believes solely in the strength of the youths as well as the positivity they can add to the society if adequately catered for.
This notion explains why this council boss has always run an all inclusive leadership that empowers youth, ranging from appointing them into leadership and governance in the council area.
Recently the council Boss dolled out cash gift to numbers of youths in his council area, again as to support their finance at this trying times, because in his opinion as to why he did such, the council Boss explained that channelling resources to support the youths are never a waste rather a productive investment because this youths will come around sooner or later to take the mantle of leadership to steer political affairs.
The youths in their reaction to this benevolence and benignity of the Council Boss lauded him through Mr. Ajao Onaolapo who disbursed the cash gift to the youth on behalf of the Chairman for always having their back and their interest at heart, they stressed that the type of their council boss is rare and one of a kind for his youth inclusion, youth accommodating and youth hospitable policies and strides.
They reassured their steadfastness, resoluteness and their unflinching support towards the continued successes of his administration.
