
Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, representative of Ikorodu Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, held Town Hall meeting at the Gold Event Center in Ijede, engaging over 1,000 constituents on legislative progress and development initiatives.
In the same vein, He empowered constituents with tools and equipment in various vocational categories, including: Make-up, Catering,
Fashion, Hairdressers, Barbers and Leather work.
The event, part of the Lagos State House of Assembly’s directive, drew key stakeholders and community leaders, including traditional rulers, political leaders, youth groups, and religious leaders. Notable attendees included Oba Mudashir Ajibade Agoro, Ranodu of Imota, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, and Dr. Nurudeen Agbaje Nero, Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development.
In his opening remarks, Hon. Wasiu Agoro, speaking on behalf of the council chairmen, praised Hon. AMA’s visionary leadership and dedication to local development, highlighting numerous community projects initiated by him.
The event also recognized youths sponsored by Hon. AMA for vocational training, who received equipment to kickstart their trades. This empowering gesture was met with enthusiasm, as it promises to uplift the next generation of skilled workers across the constituency.
