The coast seems clearer for Bldr. Olusesan Daini as his political rival officially bowed out of the council bouts ahead of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA july Local Government election.
The former Revenue Committee Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, Mr. Okusanya popularly known as “Lion-T” attributed his decision to withdraw his aspiration to the recent endorsement of Comrade Daini’s candidature by the party apex Leaders in Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA reaffirming the group’s unanimous supports for his second term bid as the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA.
Okusanya in his official statement widely circulated across digital platforms stated that, “Yes it is indeed my desire to serve and make myself readily available to you and contest for the position of Chairman Igbogbo/ Bayieku LCDA.
“But events have overtaken that since our Apex Leaders have endorsed my Brother and Friend, our Current Executive Chairman, Comrade Sesan Daini for a second term.
“I humbly abide by their decision and so withdraw from contesting since the Party is Supreme and I wish to plead with my teaming supporters to please stay calm and be law abiding”. Okusanya averred.
