
Hon. Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro has continued his consultations ahead of his aspiration to represent Lagos Island Constituency I in the National Assembly with a community engagement at Idoluwo, his ancestral home.
During the visit, Obanikoro met with elders, women, youths, and administrative leaders of the Idoluwo Community, where he shared his vision and plans for effective representation at the national level. The engagement, described as deeply personal, took place at his family house and drew a large turnout of community members.
Addressing the gathering, Obanikoro expressed gratitude for the warm reception and the unanimous assurance of support he received from the community. He acknowledged the elders for their guidance, praised the women for their show of love, and commended the youths for their steadfast support, noting that the moment served as a strong reminder of the responsibility placed on him by his people.
He further appreciated the administrative members of the Idoluwo Community for their coordination and support, emphasizing the importance of unity and collective purpose in achieving meaningful progress.
The consultation ended on a note of solidarity, with Obanikoro reaffirming his commitment to the people of Lagos Island Constituency I and expressing optimism for the future.
