Ayodeji Rilwan Tinubu (ART) has extended his profound New Year greetings to Nigerians as the nation steps into 2026, describing the new year as a season of renewed hope, unity, and active civic participation.
In his New Year message, Ayodeji Tinubu called on Nigerians across the country to remain optimistic about the future and to play their roles in strengthening democratic values and national development.
He emphasized that meaningful progress can only be achieved when citizens actively engage in the political process and take advantage of opportunities designed to improve party organization and governance.
As part of this call, Ayodeji Tinubu urged Nigerians, particularly members and prospective members of the All-Progressives Congress (APC) to fully participate in the upcoming APC Membership Re-validation and Electronic Registration exercise.
According to him, the initiative represents a significant step toward building a more inclusive, transparent, and digitally driven political party.
The APC Membership Re-validation electronic registration is scheduled to commence on Monday, 5th January 2026, and is aimed at updating party records, welcoming new members, and strengthening grassroots participation nationwide.
Ayodeji Tinubu noted that the e-registration exercise will make party membership more accessible and efficient, while ensuring that members’ data is properly captured to support effective engagement and representation.
He encouraged Nigerians to seize this opportunity to make their voices count, reaffirm their commitment to democratic ideals, and contribute to the collective effort of building a stronger and more responsive political system.
ART concluded by wishing Nigerians a prosperous New Year filled with peace, progress, and renewed hope, while calling for unity and cooperation in advancing the nation’s democratic journey.
