The APC Women of NYC mourned the loss of an exemplary leader, Chief Sunny Ajose, OON. In a heartfelt condolence message, Lolade Salvador expressed deep sadness and loss, extending sympathies to Chief Ajose’s family, the Lagos State APC, and the entire Lagos GAC.

They remember Chief Ajose as a distinguished civil servant, statesman, mentor, and beacon of hope to many. His remarkable career spanned several notable positions, including Head of Service, Lagos State (July 2004-February 2006) and Special Adviser to the then Lagos State Governor, now President of Nigeria, H.E. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (2006-2007).

The group noted that, they are grateful for Chief Ajose’s unwavering dedication to the development of Lagos State and the APC. His legacy will be remembered for generations to come, inspiring countless individuals who had the privilege of working with or being mentored by him.

The APC Women of NYC will never forget Chief Ajose’s selfless efforts in registering APC members from New York, including their own group, when others were hesitant. His impact on their lives and the lives of many others will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
