Builder Olusesan Daini, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, has once again demonstrated his commitment to providing a conducive learning environment for pupils in the area. Since 2017, he has been tirelessly working to ensure that all pupils have access to quality educational facilities. Today, December 13th, marks another milestone in this endeavor as Builder Daini commissions a brand-new block of 5 classrooms fully equipped with Furnitures, Marker Boards and donation of Writing Materials at Anglican Primary School, Offin, Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA.
Builder Olusesan Daini revealed that the foundation of the building was laid on October 17, 2024, and was completed within 56 days. He attributed the swift completion of the project to his administration’s commitment to delivering quality infrastructure and services to the people.
Builder Olusesan Daini assured the community that his administration is committed to doing more, especially in the area of education. He announced plans to establish a new primary school in Ilado, which is expected to commence operations by January.
He also disclosed that a new primary school in Olu Odo, built by the government, will be handed over to the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in the coming weeks.
According to Hon. Nurein Okedina Maja, Vice Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA and Supervisor for Education, this is just one of many projects undertaken by the administration to provide quality education to the community. Other notable projects include the construction of a school in Olu-Odo after a 45-year wait, and another school in Baiyeku scheduled for commissioning in January.
Additionally, the council has provided toilets and classrooms to the Nursery Igbogbo Methodist Primary School, and laid the foundation for a block of three classrooms at UAMC Eleja Primary School. These initiatives demonstrate the administration’s commitment to making education accessible and bearable for children in the 21st century.

Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, Deputy Leader of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, represented the council leader, Hon. Nurudeen Alimi, According to Princess Banjoko, the commissioning of the new classrooms is a welcome development, as the school has been in need of upgrade since its inception. Builder Daini, the chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, has given the school a new facelift, providing an enabling environment for learning.
The newly commissioned classrooms are well-furnished with writing materials for pupils and teachers. Princess Banjoko advised the teachers and students to make judicious use of the facilities to ensure their longevity.
She congratulated the chairman for a job well done and felicitated the town for having the new classrooms. The management of the school was also commended for their efforts.
Barr. Ayeni Adesanya, Secretary to the Local Government, stated the commissioning of the new classrooms as part of Builder Olusesan Daini’s transformational agenda. This initiative is one of many that have been implemented since the administration began in 2017. As the current administration approaches its conclusion, Ayeni emphasized that they are not resting on their laurels but are committed to continuing positive developmental programs and projects for the Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA community.
He highlighted that the achievements of this administration are evident and can be confirmed by the residents, who are reaping the benefits of democracy. Ayeni reassured the public that despite the nearing end of their term, numerous projects are still in the pipeline. He promised that the press would be invited at the appropriate time to showcase the accomplishments and future plans before the administration wraps up.
The Baale of Offin expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA for the Edifice built for the benefits of the pupils.
Recalling the commencement of the project in October, the Baale noted that he was amazed by the rapid progress made within a month, transforming the formerly dilapidated structure into a modern edifice.
“I was happy to see that we still have a government that cares for the people,” the Baale said. “Our children deserve the best, and I am grateful for this opportunity.”
Baale Baiyeku applauded the Chairman for prioritizing education as this will help the pupils. He also acknowledged the Chairman’s outstanding performance as a Government official who do is work diligently.
The Head Teacher of Anglican Primary School, Offin, expressed profound gratitude to Builder Olusesan Daini, saying: “This is a milestone in our school’s history. We are overwhelmed with joy as the Chairman has made our dream a reality by building this block of classrooms. It’s surreal – the foundation was laid in October, and within 56 days, the project was completed. I’ve never witnessed anything like this before. We appreciate Builder Daini’s passion for education and pray that God Almighty continues to guide and bless him.
Residents of Offin poured out their heartfelt appreciation to Builder Olusesan Daini for providing their Children with a newly commissioned edifice, as this will serve as a conducive environment for them to learn.
