Motunrayo Gbadebo Alogba, Executive Chairman of Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) emphasized her commitment to the growth and development of Ijede communities, representing her party and the people. The stakeholders meetings across four wards, fostering community engagement and development.

She stated that Lagos State prioritizes public involvement in Governance and decision-making. The Budget Stakeholders Meeting has been integral to the budget process, allowing the Government to formulate policies reflecting community needs. Contributions from stakeholders lead to more informed choices.
She noted The administration’s development plan aligns with global developmental goals, national plans, and Lagos State’s THEMES PLUS agenda. Notably, the administration has demonstrated sound financial prudence by completing projects without incurring huge debts or unreasonable loans. A systematic payment plan replaced loans with high interest rates.

12, Construction of block of Classrooms for Igbe Ogunro Community.

Hon. Gbadebo Alogba urged stakeholders to contribute suggestions and modalities for improving government responsiveness to basic needs. She emphasized the importance of Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) through prompt payment of rates and taxes.
During the meeting, representatives from CDC, CDAs, Youths representative passionately expressed their needs, highlighting pressing issues that require attention and action.
