The theme for this year, ‘Investing in women: Accelerate progress,’ resonates deeply with our vision for inclusive and sustainable development in our local council. We recognize that investing in women is not just the right thing to do; it is essential for accelerating progress and fostering a more prosperous future for all.

In Ikorodu North LCDA, our women are the backbone of our society. They are leaders, innovators, caregivers, and agents of change. From the classrooms to the boardrooms, from the fields to the halls of governance, women are making significant contributions to every aspect of our community’s development.

As Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, I am committed to ensuring that our women have equal opportunities to thrive and succeed.
