In a remarkable conclusion to the tour and distribution of educational materials, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, and her dedicated team successfully provided educational resources to all 12 primary schools in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA. The last set of schools that benefited from this initiative earlier today include: Maidan primary school, Oluwalogbon Primary School, Idera primary school, Community primary school, Magodo, Ajibola Ayedere Primary School and Aina memorial school, Agiliti.

During the tour, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada emphasized that the objective was not solely focused on distributing materials. It was also an opportunity to engage with teachers and gather firsthand information about their needs to enhance the learning experience for the pupils.

Additionally, the tour allowed for a personal assessment of the school facilities. Education is a top priority for their administration, as they firmly believe that it is the best legacy. Therefore, they are committed to providing a conducive learning environment and the necessary equipment for the pupils.

In her interactions with the schools, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada took the opportunity to address important issues. She urged the students to steer clear of social vices, cultism, and any form of molestation. It was emphasized that if they witness any wrongdoing, they should not hesitate to speak up.

The Mayoress reminded them of the saying, “when you see something, say something.” As a proactive measure, the Local Government will soon launch a campaign to tackle these social vices, recognizing the detrimental impact they have on the lives of young people.

She also gave valuable advice to the pupils during the tour. She encouraged them to prioritize their studies, emphasizing that this would greatly contribute to their personal growth and success in the future.
