
Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA witnessed an incredible gathering as residents come together in their massive numbers for the first-ever IGBOGBO MAGICAL FESTIVISTA on Christmas Eve. It was a night filled with excitement, celebrations, and loads of fun.
The event, powered by Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA under the leadership of Builder Olusesan Daini, and staged near the majestic palace of the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, was a testament to Chairman Builder Olusesan Daini’s strong commitment to revitalizing the Local Government entertainment sector.
Unsigned and gifted musicians took center stage, showcasing their incredible talents to captivate the audience. The night was filled with amazing performances. Rapstar Seriki headlined the show, ensuring that the festivities continued well into the night.
But the event wasn’t just about entertainment. Builder Daini had a broader agenda in mind. He wanted to promote healthy living, so the NDLEA was invited to address the youth in attendance.
The Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, graced the occasion and extended warm greetings to everyone present.
Hon. Adetutu Banjoko, Deputy Leader of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, praised the event as a welcome and laudable concept that fosters community spirit. She highlighted the potential opportunities for the youth present, showing how events like this can bring people together and create positive change.
The event was hosted by IKD 106.1 FM Radio personality Still Young and MC Hold Something. They brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the festivities, making it an unforgettable experience.
Comrade Omotayo Odusanya, also known as Tysleek, gave a shoutout to the executive chairman of Igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA for bringing entertainment closer to the grassroots. He mentioned how this event will pave the way for more exciting and entertaining gatherings in the region, which is famous for its cool breeze and stunning aquatic beauty.
There was a thrilling dance competition that added to the excitement, Winners of the competition walked away with cash prizes.
Among the esteemed guests were the Olisa of Ipakodo Kingdom, Chief Oludayo Shotomiwa, and Comrade Billiamin Olalekan Oba, the State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).
