In continuation of providing monthly food supports to his constituents, Rep. Babajimi Benson, member House of Representatives Ikorodu federal constituency doles out 1000 food packs (APO ANU) to his constituents yesterday in celebration of the festive season, this is through his iCare Foundation food bank initiative.

Rep. Babajimi Benson Chairman House Committee on Defense, pledged to continue in going above and beyond providing food support. He is determined to attract a multitude of democracy dividends, particularly through infrastructural projects that will benefit every nook and cranny of Ikorodu federal constituency.

With the full backing and endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Rep. Babajimi Benson assures the residents of Ikorodu Division that they have not seen anything yet. The ongoing development projects are just the beginning, and there is much more in store for Ikorodu Division.

Speaking passionately about his vision, Rep. Babajimi Benson emphasized his unwavering commitment to bringing transformative projects to the neighborhoods of Ikorodu Division. Whether it’s building roads, establishing health centers, installing solar street lights, or providing economic empowerment, he promises to leave no stone unturned in his pursuit of progress.

Mayor Dean Sanwo-Ola, the Director-General of iCare Foundation, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the turnout and continuous support. He urged all beneficiaries to strictly adhere to the rules, emphasizing that the distribution of bags has been increased from 500 to 1000 bags to accommodate the festive season.

Mayor Sanwo-Ola also acknowledged the generosity of Alhaji F.I., who donated 100 pieces of bread. He said the significance of following the program guidelines and efficiently managing the resources to ensure that the program benefits as many people as possible.

Deaconess Busola Isikalu, the newly appointed Iyaoloja of Ikorodu, has expressed her admiration and commendation for the efforts of Representative Babajimi Benson, his monthly food supports and developmental projects in Ikorodu Division.

Deaconess Isikalu highlighted that she has developed a comprehensive 7-point agenda aimed at transforming the lives of market women and men in Ikorodu.
