Rep. Babajimi Benson, member of the House of Representatives, after his induction into the esteemed Ikorodu Division Hall of Fame yesterday, he made his way to the ICT center located in the Ikorodu Town Hall.

Speaking at the gathering, Rep. Benson emphasized the importance of embracing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in today’s world. He stressed that those who do not engage with ICT are living in the Stone Age. Benson shared his own Representation journey, which began by heavily investing in ICT.

He recognized the tremendous potential of this powerful tool in empowering youth and transforming their lives. He expressed his vision for Ikorodu to become a thriving ICT hub, highlighting the commendable efforts of Senator Abiru, who has also invested significantly in ICT.

Rep. Babajimi Benson said he has equally equipped three schools in Ikorodu Division with ICT facilities.

Rep. Benson emphasized the importance of nurturing ICT skills from a young age, aiming to cultivate an IT mentality among the youth and propel them to greater heights. He expressed his pride in the ICT center and his commitment to adding value to it in the coming months.
