The Honourable Representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Benson, in his commitment to delivering on his sworn mandate of Infrastructural development to Ikorodu Division has today, 9th December 2023, flagged the Construction of 1 kilometre, Ori-Okuta, Agric, Eyita by-pass of Ikorodu West LCDA.

Reps. Babajimi Benson, in his remarks to the residents of the community, said, the road construction which has taken effect immediately will be completed in twelve weeks, with fixation of a functional street light in coming months, As he urge the stakeholders to co-operate with the contractors in other to be ensure a seamless operation throughout duration of the construction. While, He also reiterated that the road construction was in fulfilment of the need assessment to the community after his previous visit in about a year ago.

Speaking on behalf of the residents and community stakeholders was Mr Tunde Igbewesa, who appreciated Reps. BabaJimi Benson for fulfilling his promise to the good people of Ori-okuta and environs, in consideration of the Economic value which the Infrastructure development is poised to bring forth

The Chairman, House committee on Defence, Hon. BabaJimi Benson also, gave a nod, to the community, request of provision of more Bed space for the Primary Healthcare center among other dividends to be enjoyed by the community in coming months to years and He seeks further collaboration with entire residents of Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
