
In a major development, Ambassador Abiodun Ajayi has been appointed as a member of the Health Insurance Task Force by ILERA EKO. Before his appointment, Amb. Abiodun is the Acting Executive Director of Public Health Sustainable Advocacy Initiative PHSAI, one of the leading advocacy group in the state.
The Health Insurance Task Force, established by the Lagos State Health Management Agency, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Lagos State Health Scheme (LSHS) and the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Act.
This initiative aims to make health insurance mandatory for all residents of Lagos State.
