
Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, the Executive Chairman of Ijede LCDA, honored Rufai Azeezat, the best graduating student in the 2021/2022 set of the Biochemistry Department at Lagos State University, with an impressive 4.74 CGPA. Yesterday Azeezat received a generous sum of 1 million naira for her outstanding academic achievement.
Expressing her appreciation, Azeezat stated, “Thank you very much for encouraging educational development in Ijede. I am proud to be a source of inspiration and will continue to strive for excellence in my educational journey.”
Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, in her speech, urged students in Ijede to be inspired by Azeezat’s achievement and assured them of her continued support for education.
Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, in her commitment to support every student in Ijede, urged them to follow Azeezat’s example and promised to continue her efforts in promoting education during her administration.
Azeezat, promised to pursue her Master’s degree after completing her National Youth Service Corp (NYSC). With her remarkable academic achievement, she is determined to continue her educational journey and strive for excellence.

Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba was joined by the vice chairman Hon. Femi Kareem, the Council Manager, Head of Department of Education, Supervisor of Education and other executive members of the council, while Miss Azzizat Rufai was in company of her mother and sister.
