Hon. Hakeem Babajide TAOREED (ACA, ACTI, ICFIP) popularly known as “AK is Ok” who was one of the aspirant under All Progressive Congress (APC) for the Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), Ikorodu Constituency II has congratulated Senator Tokunbo Abiru, who represents the people of Lagos East Senatorial District, and Rep. Babajimi Benson, who represents the people of Ikorodu federal constituency, on their inauguration into the 10th National Assembly. The inauguration took place on June 13th, 2023, and was attended by members of the National Assembly, the executive arm of government, and other dignitaries.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Hakeem Taoreed AK commended Senator Abiru and Rep. Benson for their dedication to public service and their commitment to the development of their respective constituencies. He noted that their inauguration into the 10th National Assembly is a testament to their hard work and the trust the people of Ikorodu federal constituency and Lagos East Senatorial District have in them.

Hon. Hakeem Taoreed AK also expressed his confidence that Senator Abiru and Rep. Benson would use their positions to advance the interests of Ikorodu Division, Lagos East and contribute to the development of the country. He called on them to work together with other members of the National Assembly to pass laws that would promote good governance, accountability, and transparency in the country.
