Aspirant for the Eti-Osa Federal House of Representatives seat, Princess Rasheedat Abiodun Adu, has been conferred with the prestigious traditional title of Adabioranma I of Eti-Osa by Eze Kingsley A. Nwaololo.
The honour was bestowed during her engagement visit to the Igbo community in Eti-Osa, in a ceremony attended by community leaders, stakeholders, and residents.
Speaking at the event, members of the Igbo community commended Adu’s contributions to inclusive governance, community development, and unity across ethnic lines. They also formally endorsed her bid to represent Eti-Osa at the Federal House of Representatives, expressing confidence in her leadership capacity.
In her response, Princess Adu, who was visibly moved by the recognition, reaffirmed her commitment to equitable representation and service to all communities. She noted that the title, which symbolizes honour, virtue, and goodwill, reflects her strong relationship with the Igbo community.
The development is seen as a significant boost to her political ambition, as support continues to grow for her candidacy ahead of the elections.
