The service, which marked the opening of the twin celebration, was led by the Chief Imam of Offa, Sheikh Muhyiddin Salman Husein, who delivered a sermon centred on humility, devotion, and constant remembrance of the hereafter.

Speaking during the event, Imam Olowooribi dedicated the milestone celebration to the rebuilding of the Ikorodu Central Mosque, stressing the urgent need for an ultramodern worship centre to serve the growing Muslim community in the division.

Among the dignitaries in attendance was His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, alongside the Baba Adeen of Ikorodu Central Mosque, Alhaji AbdulFatai Wahab.
