
Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, Council Leader Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA has been named a Distinguished Awardee of the TWA Her-Rise Award 2026 in recognition of her outstanding leadership, community impact, and commitment to empowering women.
The recognition forms part of activities marking International Women’s Day, themed “Give to Gain.” The Her-Rise Award celebrates women who demonstrate vision, courage, and meaningful societal impact.
Other notable awardees include Hon. Kafilat Ogbara, MHR, Kosofe Federal Constituency; Hon. Tola Abubakar, Executive Chairman, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA; Hon. Enitan Jessica Oba, Leader, Ikorodu West LCDA, among other notable Women.
