The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSCE, MNATE), on Saturday 28th February 2026, hosted the annual Ramadan public lecture organised by the League of Imams and Alfas Lekki LCDA at his family residence in Otolu.

The annual lecture, held as part of activities marking the holy month of Ramadan, brought together Imams, Alfas, Islamic scholars, community leaders, and residents from across Lekki LCDA. The session focused on the spiritual significance of Ramadan, with emphasis on faith, patience, moral uprightness, peaceful coexistence, and service to humanity.

In his remarks, the Chairman appreciated the League of Imams and Alfas for their continued prayers and guidance for the community, noting the important role of faith leaders in promoting unity, discipline, and social harmony at the grassroots.

Special prayers were offered for peace, good governance, and sustainable development in Lekki LCDA, Lagos State, and Nigeria at large. The event concluded with goodwill messages and a reaffirmation of collective responsibility towards community growth and stability.
