The 17th Annual Ramadan Programme of the Abdulwahid Islamic Foundation is set to hold on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 10:00am prompt at Taiwo Event Centre, 24, Agboyi Road, Alapere, Ketu, Lagos.

Themed “Leaving a Legacy: Family & Community Impact,” the annual gathering is expected to bring together Islamic scholars, community leaders, government officials, and faithful for a spiritually enriching experience.
Sheikh Abdur Rofi’i Babatunde Muh’d Awwal (Sibgatullah) will serve as the Grand Patron of the programme.

Hon. Yacoub Dayo Bush, Honourable Commissioner for Water Front Development, Lagos State, is billed as the Father of the Day, while Mayor Dele Oshinowo, former Executive Chairman of Agboyi Ketu LCDA, will attend as Special Guest of Honour.

Hon. Samuel Olanrewaju Adebayo, President of Succour Foundation, is listed as Guest of Honour.
The event will be hosted by Barr. Sharahardeen Idowu, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Abdulwahid Islamic Foundation, alongside Engr. Ishaq Alabi, President of the Foundation.

The programme will feature lectures and spiritual insights from notable Islamic scholars including Ustaz Mayeleeke Afolalola Sheriff, Imam Dr. AbdusSemi’u Alkikany, and Sheikh Al Mudir Ismail Adeyemi Ibrahim Kajola.

Organisers say the annual Ramadan programme aims to promote unity, strengthen faith, and encourage lasting impact within families and the wider community.
