The Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Branch, today visited the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency (LNSA) to strengthen collaboration and promote community safety in Lagos State.

The NBA delegation led by the chairman, Adeniyi Quadri Esq. was welcomed by the Agency’s General Manager, Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan, FISN who is also a lawyer and member of the NBA.

The General Manager thanked the NBA for the visit and reiterated the Agency’s commitment to the rule of law. He highlighted the importance of cooperation between security institutions and the legal profession for effective community policing and neighborhood safety.

Adeniyi Quadri Esq., Chairman of the NBA, Ikeja Branch, praised the Agency’s contributions to peace and order. He reaffirmed the Association’s support for initiatives that enhance justice, human rights, and community security.

Discussions focused on addressing illegal activities, such as possession of fake documents and NBA Seals, by miscreants around the court premises. “As one of our own, the NBA Ikeja Branch counts on the support and assistance the Agency can render to completely rid the court’s premises of these miscreants” Adeniyi said.

The NBA Chairman  emphasized the need to get rid of these criminals to ensure public safety and protect the legal profession’s image.

The courtesy visit concluded with both parties expressing their commitment to working together towards ensuring a safe and secure Lagos State
