Residents of Oja Oba Community Development Association (CDA) in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA have received a major boost following the commissioning of a new water point constructed by the Bashiru Omogbolahan Saheed (BOS) Initiative.
The project, championed by Bashiru Omogbolahan Saheed (BOS), popularly known as Elewedu former Councillor Ward D, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, was executed in response to the long-standing need for accessible and clean water within Oja Oba CDA. For years, residents had expressed concerns over the difficulty of accessing safe water for domestic use, describing it as a pressing necessity rather than a mere request.
Speaking during the commissioning, Elewedu stated that the intervention was borne out of love and a strong commitment to the wellbeing of the community. He thanked God for the successful completion of the project, noting that providing basic amenities remains a key step toward improving living standards at the grassroots.

Many residents expressed appreciation to the BOS Initiative, noting that the new water facility would ease daily stress, reduce the burden on women and children who often travel long distances for water, and promote better hygiene and sanitation in the community.
Elewedu reaffirmed his dedication to continuous service, pledging to keep contributing sincerely and quietly toward the growth and development of Oja Oba CDA and the wider Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, emphasizing that meaningful community development begins with addressing basic needs.
