Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo, Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Ikorodu Constituency 1 has extended his birthday felicitations to the Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Abdulkabir Adewale Shotobi, Adegorinshen V, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Ogunleye described the revered monarch as a true community builder and a selfless leader who consistently places the progress, peace, and unity of Ikorodu above all else.

He noted that Kabiyesi’s reign has continued to foster development, harmony, and cultural pride within the kingdom.

According to him, Oba Shotobi’s commitment to traditional values, coupled with his modern leadership approach, has significantly contributed to the growth and stability of Ikorodu, earning him respect and admiration across Lagos State and beyond.

Hon. Ogunleye further praised the monarch for his fatherly role and unwavering support for initiatives that promote education, youth development, and community advancement.

He prayed for Kabiyesi’s continued good health, wisdom, and long life, wishing him many more years of impactful leadership on the throne.
