The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has distributed school bags to pupils at Community Primary School, Otolu, as part of his administration’s commitment to supporting education.

Many pupils at the school previously attended classes with old or damaged school bags, with some even carrying their books by hand, making learning difficult. Upon receiving reports of the situation, the Executive Chairman directed that assistance be provided to the students.

During the visit, Engr. Kasali personally handed out a large number of school bags to the pupils. Speaking at the event, he urged the children to study diligently, behave responsibly, and make good use of the school bags provided. He emphasised that education remains a key priority of his administration.

The Executive Chairman further stated that the distribution exercise will continue in other public primary schools across Lekki LCDA throughout the week, aiming to ensure that more pupils benefit from the initiative.

The event was met with excitement and gratitude from both pupils and teachers, highlighting the administration’s dedication to improving educational resources in the community.
