Community Primary School, Otolu, has been confirmed as one of the beneficiaries of the ongoing library development project being implemented across public primary schools in Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

The initiative, approved by the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), is part of a broader plan to establish functional libraries in eight public primary schools within the council area, aimed at strengthening foundational education and promoting a culture of reading among pupils.

With the inclusion of Community Primary School, Otolu, the project continues to make steady progress, as selected schools under the current phase begin to receive modern library facilities designed to enhance learning, research, and academic performance.

Education stakeholders have described the project as a timely intervention that will provide pupils with improved access to books and learning resources, while supporting teachers in delivering quality education.

The Lekki LCDA library project underscores the administration’s commitment to educational development, with assurances that investments in learning infrastructure remain a priority for nurturing future leaders and improving overall educational outcomes across the council.
