Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, Council Leader Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA has extended heartfelt congratulations to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon.
